• Hello Pico — the introductory lab used from Part 1 · Introduction. Descriptor: labs/hello-pico/metadata.yaml.
• Hello Pico Hands (Kubernetes) — the runnable Hands lab used from Part 3 · Hands: one provider-neutral Hands contract, one KubernetesHands adapter, one allowlisted reversible action confined by a namespaced Role and resourceNames to a Pico-owned ConfigMap. Descriptor: labs/hello-pico-hands-kubernetes/metadata.yaml.
• Hello Pico Nervous System (MQTT) — the runnable nervous-system lab: author one provider-neutral Pico message envelope covering the seven message kinds (observation, event, command, delegation, result, presence, discovery), populate it with one sample per kind, and run a deterministic local verifier for envelope shape, stable-vs-transport identity, correlation/causation across delegation → result and observation → event, authorization context on commands and delegations, MQTT topic mapping, and the EMQX adapter description marked optional-not-executed. No live broker, no credentials, and no external SaaS; the Kubernetes-hosted Manifold RuntimeEnvironment from Hello Two Picos is reused unchanged. Course-scoped labs live in this directory and follow the shared lab template. Reuse a repository-root lab when the same lab is useful for more than one course.
