WarningScaffold — not yet runnable

Part 2 is intentionally scaffolded rather than written out in full. It is included so the reference course demonstrates a multi-part structure, but it does not yet carry runnable learner content. Use the Introduction lesson as the canonical example of the lesson structure to follow.
